The Back Cover of the Book suggests that the plot traverses 3 Continents, and it does so on a physical plane, upon reading the story we also find that we end up traversing the plane where Corporate Greed, Technology & Agriculture interject. Discussions on the roles of this omnipresent triumvirate are necessary to understand how they shape the world we live in and how we all should be aware of the linkages, hence the requirement of stories such as these which bring forth such discussions without numbing the mind, without being pedantic.

In fact, it is just the opposite, it is an easy read with seamless flow and despite not being a “whodunit”, builds to a crescendo.

You are left with the feeling of gorging on sweets which keep popping in your mouth – the more you chomp the more it pops while simultaneously enjoying a curated meal with a better bite delivery every subsequent bite. The only difference being the plot lines make pop-ups go off in your head and you satiate on an excellent work of a debutant.

Jeffrey Archer fans might find sparse tinges of Jeffrey Archer way of story telling, as I believe that Sairam was lucky to meet the Lord in-person.

To those who know him closely, often call Sairam as the Prof, and Prof has indeed taken a riveting class, post which one can only Stand & Applaud<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

I would call this book an unputdownable, racy thriller worth making a movie plot. Sairam’s Trisha is much like Sidney Sheldon’s Tracy Whitney, made of grit and determination and driven by vengeance. The world Trisha occupies and the one in which we read the headlines don’t seem very different.
